Christmas Tree Shaker Card with Sharon

 Hi there crafty friends.  I wanted to check in with you.  I am in the process of posting more photos from the  2nd annual  "Fall into the Holidays" event. Here is #2 - The Christmas Tree Shaker Card

I love playing with & making shaker cards.  This tent fold card is a fun shaker with various little elements to fill behind the glittery tree.  

This is so much prettier in person when you can actually shake the card & watch it glitter.  I used Spellbinders November Large Die of the Month - Everything Under the Tree.  Fun Stampers Journey products were used  for the cardstock, ink,& embellishments.  It was so easy to make and made  great card to bring you a touch of joy & peace.

I pray this season will sparkle for you.

Glamorous Golden Filigree Poinsettia Box

This is the little Gold Filigree Poinsettia Box we made at the "Fall into the Holidays" Event.

I used Spellbinders dies to cut the Charming Cottage Box, wrapped the lower edge with the Snowflake Topper & Borders die, along with the Layered Poinsettia die .  I cut the border and poinsettia from  Mirror Gold cardstock  and the cute little cottage using Whip Cream  cardstock. 

I added pearls & Celebration Ribbon to give that elegant finishing touch.  All the paper products & embellishments are from Fun Stampers Journey.

This little box can be used as a treat box, a gift holder, a tree ornament or even as place card on you holiday table.  I'm sure you will be able to find other lovely decorative uses.

2nd Annual "Fall into the Holidays"

Getting all ready for our 2nd annual Holiday Event hosted by Lynn Leusch & I.  These are just some sneak peeks at a couple projects.  "Fall into the Holidays" is an all day event where we will create 8 gorgeous projects highlighting: Greeting Cards, Home Decor items, Treat Containers and Gift Items.



 Along with the amazing projects, we will be enjoying a fall Luncheon together. Since the weather is beginning to cool, we decided on a hearty, homemade pot of chili, plenty of cheese along with all the side fixings.  Sweet cornbread with honey-butter and festive holiday cupcakes. Another successful "Fall Into the Holidays" Event.  I can hardly wait until our next "Spring into Summer" Event in 2020.

To The Moon & Back

This is just one of the cards we will be making in this Thursday's Fancy Workshop. So simple to make yet is fun with a bang. I used all products from Fun Stampers Journey to create a blended background using several True Color Fusion Inks along with the Space Galaxy stamp and white embossing powder. I love the quality of the cardstock, inks and red rubber stamps from this company, It makes creating such a joy.

Wake Up & Smell the Coffee

A colorful little pick-me-up are in these cards to awaken your senses.  All these cards were made with Fun Stampers Journey cardstock, stamps & dies.  So cute that I had to make a variety.  Can't you just smell the Hazelnut, the Caramel latte' and the Macchiato?  Truly a cup of happiness :)

It's A Girl !

Came home from my son & daughter-in-law's gender reveal.  Guess what????  They will be blessed with a precious little girl.  I just had to create a sassy baby girl card to start her off right.  This is a fun shaker card with lots of bling & glitter.  I get a giggle when it shakes & wiggles.  Stay tuned to more baby updates.

Fancy Butterfly Box

Fancy Butterfly Pop-up Box by Sharon

What a fun little surprise box.  This pop-up butterfly box was one of the projects offered at the "Spring into Summer Event" this past April.  It is a 3" x 3" drawer with a 3 layer butterfly popping out of the cheery slide wrapper.  

The beautiful printed cardstock is from Fun Stampers Journey "RSVP" designer collection. Lemon Drop cardstock and satin ribbon were used to bring out a bright, spring feeling. Lemon grass cardstock for the grass, along with rhinestones and a yellow "rainbow drop" as the drawer pull, continued the fun theme.

This design would also make a lovely project using  almost any type of flower popping up out of the box.  Think of a Christmas theme with a poinsettia popping out and a Christmas designer paper as the wrap.  Use your creative imagination to produce something gorgeous.

Spring into Summer Event

FSJ Birdhouse Treat Box

OH SO FUN!  Lynn Leusch & I offered a special event for the Spring.  This event "Spring into Summer", was held in May and what a blast we had creating cards & projects for a group of crafty ladies.
We showcased 8 projects which included Cards,Treat Holders & Home Decor.  A delicious  salad Bar lunch was provided along with drinks & dessert.
These are just 3 of the projects we enjoyed creating.  Keep watching for more pictures & inspiration.

The darling daisy 3D frame was created using cardstock, a score board and a delicate die from the Becca Freeken Amazing Paper Grace Collection.

Little One is on the Way

There are several ladies I know who have just found out they are expecting a little bundle of Joy in the near future. Two of them are expecting girls and another will be blessed with a little boy.  I wanted to send a congratulations note to let them know I was thinking of them during their journey.  I used Fun Stampers Journey products and only changed the cardstock and ribbon colors.  I'll keep you posted on the progress.

Spring Into Summer 2019

Did you ever get so far behind that you think you're ahead? Well,that's where I am in posting. I'm going to make a valiant effort to keep posting until I catch-up. 

Like this little flower basket I made for our Annual Spring into Summer Event.  Each spring, Lynn Leusch & I host a special all day event where guests create 6 - 8  delightful projects.   We welcome the beginning crafter to the more advanced & experienced.  In addition, they may also enjoy a mid-day meal.

The basket on the left is an example of  one of the projects.  It was made using FSJ Basket Makery Steel Rule Die and Basket Details Die Set. I cut the flower petals from the Bloom Creator Die Set, colored them with various inks, then ran them thru the flower shaping mold from Heartfelt Creations. They turned out so beautifully. They are now my favorite type of 3D flower, I know I will be using this type again. I filled the basket with chocolates, added bows and a sentiment for Mother's Day. So Fun!

A couple more Valentine Treats. So fun!  Using the Gable Box die along with other darling items included in the Follow Your Heart Launch from Fun Stampers Journey,  I made a couple treat boxes for Valentine's Day goodies.

Don't you just love my tiny little bingo ball  spinner?  One lucky guest gets to spin the cage and the winning # may choose from a basket of goodies.  The basket is full of all kinds of accessories, ATS stamps & various stamping supplies.  We all love being a winner!

Love is in the Air 2019

Valentine's Day makes February a special month for all those "Lovers" out there.  For the workshop this month, I designed some cards & a project that would be a hit for anyone.
Here on the left is a fun & simple card using the shaving cream technique. I will post a video on that because it's so fun and can be dramatic  depending on the colors chosen.

The card on the right is named "Elegant Filigree Heart" and yet very easy using the filigree heart die, the tiny dot embossing folder, some matching ribbon and a few rhinestones.  Pop up the heart at just off-center and viola -  Something beautiful for that someone special.

The little treat holder beneath is a box of conversational hearts wrapped with a piece of printed card stock. The ribbon is from Fun Stampers Journey collection, Black Gingham, wrapped & tied in a bow. The tiny little label is  attached with  bubblegum twine  threaded through a tiny wooden heart.  Add some sparkle tape & a couple pearls.  It just says I Love You!

Annual Spring into Summer Event

OH My Goodness! Check out this super-fantastic crafting event. It's my "Fancy Crafters" Annual Spring into Summer Event. Sat. March 23, 2019 from 9 am to 5 pm. A little winter village 

Here it is December 31, 2018.  Time to say goodbye to the past and look ahead to 2019.  Will it be the same old thing every day or are you too looking ahead to a fabulous new year? I know I am and I'm so pumped.  Before I close out this year, I want to share with you some of the pics you have not seen.   It is always fun decorating for the Christmas Holidays.  However, it was a challenge keeping the cat out of the decor. One of her favorite places was in the little spaces by the fire house.

Hi there happy crafters and Bloggers.  Christmas is past, put away and ready for  another year of crafting and making pretty things.  I was fortunate to be able to attend Creativation this year in Phoenix.  Creativation is a huge vendor event displaying, demonstrating and instructing the exciting, new products available this year.  I had a blast perusing the many aisles of intriguing products meant to entice each crafter.  You can bet I now have extended my wish list to include many of the items.  I did make one great purchase - the Arkon Stand.
